TH Basunia is the trading name of THB Holdings Ltd, a London-based accounting and advisory firm.
The firm was founded by Tahzeen Basunia (Taz), Managing Director and a Chartered Accountant (FCA) who trained at PwC, specialising in Banking & Capital Markets.
Alongside his professional accountancy background, Taz brings extensive hands-on business experience. In 2011, he co-founded Jealous Sweets, growing the brand into an international FMCG business selling in over 30 countries worldwide. After more than a decade in the retail and e-commerce space, he parted ways with the business in 2025 to focus on building TH Basunia.
This blend of technical expertise and real-world commercial experience means we understand business from both sides of the table.
